There are many initiatives operating in the D&I space. Therefore we do not try and reinvent the wheel, aim to do everything or solve every problem. So instead, not only do we offer our own services, we also act as connectors to the many various organisations which work in the D&I for real and lasting change, in the following ways.
We are often told that there are very few role models of diverse ethinic origin in the creative industry. This simply isn't true and these role models are just not as visible as they need to be. We showcase these role models via various channels in the right places.
Graduates and school leavers with the right skills are often unaware of the roles available to them, or the steps/path needed in order to enter and stay the industry. We shed light on these roles and skills via content and events.
We craft and create practical solutions and action plans for companies looking to truly invest in diversity and create a more inclusive workplace for individuals from ethnic backgrounds.
We work with leadership teams and stakeholder groups to create custom D&I playbooks, 1-2-1 consultancy, recruitment practices, workshops and training.
Companies often use the same companies who recruit from the same talent pool from the same universities or organisations and in the same way.
Our network is wide and via our recrutiment arm we connect companies with high potential BAME talent.
Our founding members come from a variety of the creative subsectors. All are committed to seeing more ethnic diversity in their respective sectors and the creative industy as a whole.
